 The hotel consists of a main building, wich total built surface
ic 2200 sq.m, over 1989 sq.m of land that includes garages
and depots.
The main building, which originally mostly comprised reception
halls, has to be redesigned if the place is to become a hotel.
However, the shell of the building is in good shape.
The oportunity of turning the building into a hotel, that
would probably become a stop on a tour of the region, has
to be considered seriously.
Sinaia a town wich includes 14 hotels and about 40 location villas,
that is to say 3600 places, is the most popular mountain resort
